Weston Park Museum celebrates the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. Curator of Social History, Clara Morgan, and team will be sharing some objects relating to the coronation and the royal family from the city’s collections.
The museum would also love to see your objects that relate to the Jubilee – whether you have a street party photograph, a treasured royal souvenir, or a commemorative tea towel, please feel free to share it with the group for a friendly discussion.
Plus, they'll be showing original archive footage of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip’s royal visit to Sheffield in 1954, on repeat throughout the day.
