Named after an American cartoonist, a Rube Goldberg machine is a contraption that performs simple tasks in overly complicated ways. Have some fun inventing and making your own Rube Goldberg style machine at Site Gallery's drop-in family-friendly workshop.
The gallery will be stocked with playful materials for you to configure, to create a chain-reaction machine to your own design. The workshop is inspired by the work of artist Rebecca Moss, currently part of the gallery's exhibition Survey II.
Suitable for young people aged 6+. Intergenerational collaboration is encouraged!
Drop in anytime and stay as long as you like. No prior booking is required.
