UDAGAN are a duo who bring together performance elements of folk, world and technology to create diverse soundscapes and sonic journeys crafted by Oscar South, paired with a shamanic live performance courtesy of the stunning stage presence of Saydyy Kuo Fedorova.
Saydyy Kuo is a Siberian musician from the Republic of Sakha, who shares her culture with the audience through shamanic music and ancient instruments such as the Khomus. Saydyy Kuo and Oscar augment their instrumental and vocal performance with their own creative interpretation of the emerging artform of ‘live coding’ – the art of performance with programming languages.
Since 2019 the project has been based in Sheffield, UK.
