Sheffield Showcase

The Sheffield Showcase is a collaborative event from over a dozen arts and culture groups based in the city. Returning for a second time in 2022, it will create three days of activity at various locations across Sheffield, over the first weekend of September.

From 2 to 4 September 2022, the event will showcase the variety of cultural activity that takes place in the city. It'll feature film screenings, music performances, art exhibits, family-friendly workshops, and more.

A shared event with a full weekend of activity, the festival programme is created by and features events from:

Classical Sheffield brings together the city's best classical music-makers, to showcase more music in more places for more people to enjoy. They'll bring The Moor to life with a day of free pop-up performances from choirs, string ensembles and more.

Buildings and Rivers terracotta workshop

Cupola Gallery

Build a ceramic piece inspired by Sheffield's buildings and rivers, all under the expert supervision of ceramic artist Krishna Alageswaran. Each session lasts an hour and a half and is suitable for all ages.
