The Sheffield culture guide written by in-the-know locals

Ecuadorian filmmaker Lila Penagos encourages her Colombian father to tell the real versions of the bedtime stories he told her as a child. Combining harsh reality with magical realism, the film is an insight into life as a guerrilla fighter struggling against Colombian state forces.

Screenings will be accompanied by a Q&A with director Lila Penagos and her father, the main character of the film, who is also travelling to UK.
