Float Along music festival returns to Sheffield city centre to do it all again for the fifth year running in September 2026.
Kick off the weekend with an evening of uplifting live music from Barefoot & Fly, a Sheffield and Hope Valley–based band blending jazz-flavoured soul, funk, disco and rock.
An iconic music venue. Since it’s early days as a punk hangout, the Leadmill has been a staple of South Yorkshire gig-goers’ diets since 1980. Sadly no longer in its original home – the team are now putting on gigs in venues across the city.
Jazz polymath Julian Joseph is acclaimed by critics and audiences the world over. He returns to Sheffield with Music in the Round to promote his first studio album in 29 years.
