The Sheffield culture guide written by in-the-know locals

Herding Cats is an online poetry group hosted by the Writers Workshop. It's a chance to get together with other poets or just have a regular poetry check-in every two weeks.

You'll read and share work and give each other gentle and constructive feedback. You'll also do a writing exercise together with poetry prompt challenges and talk about poetry.

Everyone is welcome – whether you've written volumes of poetry or are just dipping your toe in the poetry waters. Each session lasts just an hour – enough time to kickstart your passion for poetry.
