Sheffield Folk Sessions Festival

Free – donations welcome

Sheffield Folk Sessions Festival brings pubs around the Kelham Island area to life with a weekend of song.

Expect singing sessions, instrumental sessions and workshops. There's usually also a concert on Sunday afternoon. All events are free with donations collected for the festival's chosen charity.

Chance To Dance

One big, free day of music and movement in four outdoor stages around the city centre. With over 30 dance groups performing and lots of chances to join in. Held each July.

No Bounds

Fri. 9 October 2026 — Sun. 11 October 2026

A weekend of bleeps, beats and sweaty grins – exploring the relationship between music, art, technology and place. The 2026 lineup includes: Mark Fell, Blawan, Oppidan, The Black Dog and lots more.
