The Sheffield culture guide written by in-the-know locals

Coyote vs. Acme

Tired from decades of being blown up by explosive Acme products – demolished by dynamite, mangled by magnets, sprung by springs, maligned by misfires, rattled by rockets, rocked by rocket skates, and upended by unicycles – all whilst in pursuit of the uncatchable Road Runner, the hapless Wile E. Coyote teams up with a lawyer to launch a fight against the profit-obsessed corporation behind every one of the Coyote's chaotic catastrophes, Acme Inc.

Wile E. and his billboard accident lawyer set out on a quest for justice, which proves just as thrilling and physics-defying as Wile E.'s lifelong chase for the ever-speedy Road Runner.

After years in release limbo – from the film's initial cancellation, to the widespread public backlash and a new distribution deal – the long-awaited and highly-anticipated Coyote vs. Acme finally lands on screens.
