A biographical thriller chronicling J. Robert Oppenheimer's journey from an ambitious scientist, to a man tormented by the central role he played in the development of the atomic bomb.
Written and directed by Christopher Nolan (Tenet, Dunkirk, Interstellar, Inception), Oppenheimer is an epic thriller that follows the paradox of the man who must risk destroying the world in order to save it.
The film is based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer, by Kai Bird and the late Martin J. Sherwin. It features an all-star cast, including Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Florence Pugh and Matt Damon.
Oppenheimer returns to the Showroom for Oscars Week in March.
