With the welcome 25th anniversary re-release of Amélie, we’re celebrating the cinematic history of Paris with a short season of film set in the French capital.
Inspired by the dreamy lyricism of Jean-Pierre Jeunet’s beloved film, we've curated a collection of 4 films that capture the magic and romance of the city of love.
Alongside Amélie we’ll be screening Agnès Varda’s New Wave classic Cléo from 5 to 7, Stanley Donen’s musical comedy Funny Face and Billy Wilder’s farce Irma la Douce - which reunited the director with his The Apartment stars Jack Lemmon and Shirley MacLaine.
