Develop your artistic skills in a relaxed setting with this specially designed art class for parents or carers with young babies under 12 months.
The programme will take inspiration from different still life objects each week. You can draw some of the objects in the museum's activity room or bring along your own. Equally, materials are provided but you're welcome to bring your own too.
Come along for just one class or join for all sessions, every Tuesday in January and February (except school holidays, 2 January and 13 February). To make things easier for everyone taking part, you'll be using non-messy media. There'll also be a selection of sensory toys, comfy cushions for your little ones, as well as parking for pushchairs.
Kelham Island Museum is breast-feeding friendly and has baby changing facilities on site. Suitable for those caring for babies aged 12 months and under.
