Renowned sound recordists Chris Watson and Izabela Dłużyk have created a new work based on field recordings made at Puszcza Białowieska, Europe’s last remaining primaeval forest, on the border between Poland and Belarus.
In recent years the forest has become a contentious place, the natural sounds of Puszcza Białowieska have taken on more shadowy layers of meaning.
The multi-channel sound performance and installation will be presented in darkness.
Hosted by Sensoria, ahead of their festival in October.
