When We Were Divided and The Wise Witch of Orkney are both exciting, immersive novels that centre on the challenges faced by women of the 1600s, exploring wise women, witches and war. Both Liz Flanagan and Anna Caig have worked in publishing more widely (Liz as an editor, Anna in marketing) and are happy to openly and honestly discuss their writing journeys and all the insights gained along the way from the editorial, marketing, and authorial perspectives.
This event includes an open mic, where local authors can share their work.
