World of Sheds is a live sitcom, with a brand-new episode written and performed on the first Tuesday of every month.
Set in Thorpe Hesley’s premier shed showroom and garden centre, the show follows Stanley Norman, Regional Manager of World of Sheds, and his long-suffering staff: Keith the Intern, Peter the Gnome, and Colin Malcolm Arnold, Head of Security.
Last season saw Stanley and the team survive an archaeological dig led by Tony Robinson, a hostile takeover by Mr Not-So-EasyJet, giant woodworms, and an arsonist determined to burn all sheds to the ground. Now, a new season brings new threats, new absurdities, and even more questionable management decisions.
Performed live at the Alder Bar, each episode is written and staged within the space of a single month, creating a frantic, surreal and surprisingly heartfelt theatrical experience. The cast features Stan Skinny, Stewart Lodge, Paigan Gibbons, Rob Jones, and George Critchley.
