This coming Halloween weekend... Reel Steel present a screening of a film where the very mention of its name has the power to shock and send shudders down the spines of the disapproving - Zombie Flesh Eaters (1979).
A seemingly abandoned sailboat arrives in New York city, but when police investigate, they are attacked by the deadly flesh crazed Zombie cargo.
Soon after, a reporter comes into contact with the daughter of the man who owned the boat, who was last seen on a research expedition in the Caribbean.
As they travel to the last known location, two of the island residents are attempting to figure out the cause of a deadly undead uprising, which soon threatens to engulf the rest of the world.
From the legendary "godfather of gore", director Lucio Fulci, comes Zombie Flesh Eaters - known as one of the infamous "video nasties" of the 1980s, and regarded as one of the best zombie films of all time... and probably the only film where you'll see a zombie fight a shark.
