Solidarity Sounds is a fundraiser for Medical Aid Palestine featuring some of Sheff's best electronic based talent, talks and a raffle.
The full-venue event at Alder will see all proceedings going to MAP as well as a percentage of bar takings. "The situation in Gaza is dire. Thousands of lives have been devastated by the ongoing violence, with overwhelming pressure on hospitals, supplies running out and families in urgent need of help and humanitarian support. This fundraiser is our chance as a community to make a difference, even if it is just small."
Tickets are £2, with the option to pay £3 if you can afford. £5 entry on the door.
Expect a great lineup of Sheffield's most talented DJs & MCs, bringing all of their energy together for a vital cause. From bass heavy rhythms to more soulful, chilled sounds, your lineup is: Unit 3, 0pm, Beat Bunker (featuring Keppie), Misc Movements, Muccarelli, Select Few, Alex Aubyn, Dozeh (featuring Rebella & Fry), Xufuzela Souls, Slinga, Hally, Felix Sharpe, Steel Dancin (featuring Connor), Beyond control (featuring Els & Scritts), Peter Rabbit.
There will also be a raffle on the day featuring original artwork from local artists Melville, Nip Snips and Louise Roberts, as well as bar tabs and much more.
