Welsh three-piece The Bug Club make rock 'n' roll nuggets in the vein of The Modern Lovers, The Kinks and Holiday Ghosts. Their music is catchy, infectious and fun, shot through with humour and observations on modern life.
Having gigged relentlessly for the last few years (before Covid), they’ve caught the attention of the music press – including BBC 6 Music’s Marc Riley, who’s continued to champion them on his show. Their uplifting, sun-filled brand of garage rock may be the perfect antidote to the cold February nights.
